Process
The Çerkezköy plant applying advanced biological treatment processes is intended to remove pollutants such as carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus.

Objective
Tekirdağ Çerkezköy Wastewater Treatment Plant is intended to discharge domestic wastewater from Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Karaağaç, Kızılpınar and Veliköy municipalities of Tekirdağ province into the environment in accordance with international standards, using advanced biological and mechanical treatment methods, after the removal of pollutants such as carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus as well as physical pollutants. To save Ergene River and thus Marmara Sea from pollution together with other treatment plants commissioned in the surrounding districts.

Districts
To treat all the wastewater from Çerkezköy, Kapaklı, Karaağaç, Kızılpınar and Veliköy regions until the removal of nitrogen, carbon and phosphorus.
